Rental Information

Each year, ACHS receives requests for information on renting our historic properties for private events, photo sessions, and more.  As we continue to work to expand facility availability at each property, we are currently limited in our ability to offer event space. 

Photography sessions for couples, families, or small organizations are permitted at all properties, with permission from the Board of Trustees.  Please contact us for more information, either using the contact form found here, or by calling 866.533.3277.

At this time, we offer conditional use of our properties, subject to the following limitations:

• No ACHS property currently has restroom facilities for large crowds. If you require restroom facilities, ACHS will organize the rental of temporary facilities for an additional fee.  There is currently no running water available at Blakeslee Log Cabin. 
• No ACHS property is licensed for food or alcohol service.
• No events are permitted at Giddings Law Office. For information on holding events at Giddings Park, please contact the Village of Jefferson at 440.576.3941.
• ACHS does not carry liability insurance for events that are not held or sponsored by ACHS. All parties wishing to utilize any ACHS property for event space must carry separate event liability insurance and furnish a copy of said insurance to the Board of Trustees before permission for use will be granted. 

Requests to use any ACHS property must be approved on a case-by-case basis by the Board of Trustees.  For information or to request use of an ACHS property, please contact us. 

There are no set fees for use of any ACHS properties at this time, but donations are welcomed and requested to support the upkeep of these unique properties.
